5. How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide the Website, including:
Service providers. We may provide information to companies that perform services on our behalf, including providers of website hosting, information technology, cybersecurity, customer support, and professional services. These providers may process personal information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services and subject to applicable law.
Affiliates. We may disclose any information we received with entities affiliated to Mooplant for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy.
Analytics, advertising, marketing, and technology providers. We may disclose personal information and allow third-party providers to collect information through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, marketing, campaign measurement, Website optimization, email marketing, and related purposes. Depending on the technology and your choices, these providers may include Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Hotjar, Klaviyo, and YouTube/Google.
Business and advertising partners. Where applicable and subject to applicable law, we may disclose certain information to analytics, marketing, social media, or advertising partners. Some U.S. state privacy laws may characterize certain advertising-related disclosures as “sharing,” “selling,” or processing for “targeted advertising,” even where no money is exchanged. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate mechanisms to opt out of such activities.
Social networks and third-party platforms. If you interact with social-media features, embedded content, or links to third-party platforms, those third parties may collect information directly from your browser or device. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
As required by law and similar disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose your personal information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or safety.
Merger, sale, or other asset transfers. We may transfer or disclose your personal information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, actual or prospective acquirers, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company, or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our assets but only to the extent that your information is necessary for such transactions, in which case we will comply with applicable legal requirements.
Consent. We may also disclose personal information from or about you or your devices with your permission.
6. Third-party websites, services, and purchases
The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, social networks, platforms, applications, and other services. We do not control the privacy or security practices of third parties. Information you provide to a third party is governed by that third party’s privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.
The Website does not offer products for direct purchase and does not process orders, payments, shipping, returns, or refunds. If you choose to purchase a MØØ product through a third-party retailer, such as Amazon, you may be directed to that retailer’s website. Any information you provide to the retailer in connection with a purchase is collected and processed by that retailer in accordance with its privacy policy and terms.
MØØ does not control a third-party retailer’s privacy practices and does not receive information about your purchase from the retailer unless the retailer provides such information to us or you separately provide it to us.
The Website may also contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms, including YouTube, Amazon, social media platforms, and advertising or marketing platforms. When you interact with those third-party services, the applicable third party may collect information directly from your browser or device under its own privacy policy and terms.
8. Email and marketing communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use Klaviyo to collect and manage your email address, maintain our mailing list, send email communications, and measure email engagement and campaign performance.
Depending on the configuration of our Klaviyo integration and your consent choices, Klaviyo may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to determine whether emails are opened or links are clicked and, where Website tracking is enabled, to associate certain Website activity with a subscriber or browser.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in our emails. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily disable Website cookies or other tracking technologies; those preferences are managed separately through our cookie-consent mechanism.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Website, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the reason it was collected. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete or anonymize it, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate business needs.
10. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by us.
11. Children’s privacy
The Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Additional protections may apply to minors under applicable state law.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. Where permitted by applicable law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit certain requests on your behalf.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
The availability of specific rights and the procedures for exercising them depend on applicable law, the state in which you reside, and whether MØØ is subject to the relevant statutory requirements.
13. U.S. state privacy disclosures
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights. Where required by applicable law, we provide mechanisms that allow eligible individuals to opt out of applicable processing. These mechanisms may include a “Your Privacy Choices” link, cookie-preference mechanism, or other legally required opt-out mechanism.
Your cookie preferences may also affect whether certain advertising and analytics technologies operate on the Website.
14. International users and data transfers
MØØ is based in the United States, and the Website is primarily intended for the U.S. market.
If you access the Website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
15. Do Not Track and privacy preference signals
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” or similar signals. There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.
Where required by applicable law, we will recognize applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.
16. Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, Website, or legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
